The Help Center will always be accessible on the right-hand side of your screen.

Within the Help Center, you will find a wealth of resources to guide you through the assessment process. These include step-by-step workflow explanations, FAQs addressing common questions, video tutorials, and a curated collection of external resources.

Help desk and meeting scheduler

If you need additional help or run into specific issues, you can contact our support team via the Help Desk. The Help Desk allows you to report problems or concerns directly and receive timely, effective assistance. You can also use the Meeting Scheduler to book one-on-one sessions with our regional operations officers for personalized guidance.
